Trying to do a countif from another sheets columns:
=COUNTIF({eCOADept}, CONTAINS("Device", @cell), {AwardD}, >=DATE(Year@row, 12, 1), {AwardD}, <=DATE(Year@row, 12, 31))
Getting back #INCORRECT ARGUMENT SET
You can't have multiple criteria with COUNTIF. You can use use COUNTIFS or COUNT(COLLECT
