Please make the phone number country code optional on forms. We NEVER need country codes. The phone number format should default to the Regional Settings set by the admin, without the need for users to choose it in ALL forms.
Having a "+1 " (with a space) in front of every phone number makes things more difficult in formulas and cleaning data.
