Parents and children integrity

Hi

I have a single sheet that has parents and children.

What I was hoping to do is use Dynamic View to allow various people to add rows. I was hoping that it would automatically add/ categorize the rows into the relevant parent group. However when testing this it adds it to the bottom of the sheet.

Is there a formula that one can use to say if this is part of Parent than nest is as a child in that category?

This is only possible via the API / Bridge. We have done this for a number of customers.
