My largest Smartsheet build to date, has been the development of a Life Cycle Management solution, integrating contributions from our Cross-Functional Project Teams, Regulatory Department, and Supply Chain Organisation. This initiative provides outputs that empower our product teams to better anticipate impacts on the supply of our pharmaceutical products due to regulatory filing and approval updates.

The solution leverages a PMO reporting structure, Data Shuttle, Data Mesh, and the Control Centre to consolidate outputs from various functions into data-rich, meaningful dashboards. Working with Flow allows us to connect contributions from numerous functions effectively, while also harnessing system data to ensure our product teams are well-positioned to maintain a seamless supply of our pharmaceutical products.

We work with flow constantly — Smartsheet is a great platform for data collaboration. I use it to track all of our regulatory requirements, their status and continuous monitoring (hundreds of sheets) and our Quality Management System as well. Automations make everything easier — people can concentrate on their job, and not have to spend a lot of time managing update tasks. Another really helpful system is our accounts payaboe approval system — it's cut down on a lot of overhead time for accounting and for managers to approve vendor invoices. Love love love our Smartsheets!

I will admit that when I started using Smartsheet, our company did not use it in a great way that had much flow. But that certainly was not the fault of Smartsheet. In my builds, I am able to create a single point of contact for projects (Dashboards) where all necessary information and tools are provided. This information is then surfaced for leadership through their single point of contact.

The reduction in time for project set up, locating tools, visualizing data and creating presentations all through utilizing automations and data linking has transformed the PM cycle, eliminating data duplication and data management. Working with Flow involves both the Flow of Data and the Flow of Work.

Smartsheet's enormous progress in project management has made our work simpler and more efficient, streamlining workflows and team collaboration. Its intuitive interface, cloud-based solutions, and various views (like Grid, Gantt, Card and Calendar) that we frequently utilized for regular project tracking are now upgraded by Table, Board and Timeline views that has brought unthinkable transformations and remodeled our rationale for project work. I also want to highlight the inclusion of premium apps in our existing plan has opened a whole new world for us to experiment with and has revolutionized our capability in organizing projects. I love the flow we have achieved in smoothening out our existing processes with the amazing new templates from the Smartsheet home directory that pave way for breakthrough intelligence. I am now using control center to create the blueprint for an upcoming project and know for sure that it's going to be an imperative step for our future projects.
