Customize Widget Colors w/o Being Locked into the Theme
The ability to change widget colors is great, however, I should be able to customize each widget to whatever color I want. Instead, I am locked down to one color. I have a sidebar on my dashboard that I really want to stand out, so I made it dark blue (rich-text format widget). But I want the rest of my widgets to be white (charts, data, etc). Super frustrating. With every update Smartsheet never seems to go far enoughβ¦

Thank you for the feedback. Did custom themes change something with your dashboard or workflow?
If I am reading your feedback correctly, it sounds like you'd like the ability to customize the background color for individual widgets as opposed to having a setting that applies to all - this is a desired capabilities that we've heard about and is on our radar.
Today, and prior to the custom themes feature, the widget background color setting applied to all widget. The only widget that really supports an independent background color is the Title widget. With custom themes, you are able to set the color for the background of the Title widget independent of all other widget background colors.
