Creating formulars and automating payment terms with regard to cash flow amount and month of payment

I need to create a Smartsheet that allows me to manage different payment terms for specific monthly payments. This sheet should enable me to manually record payments in a designated month column and automatically capture the payment terms in another column, reflecting the month the payment will be made and the exact amount. Can someone helps with formulating such table and the relevant formulars.
