Why is my report removing specific sheets?

Hello Smartsheet Community!
I hope you can help me with the below.
I have a portfolio reports folder that includes a report called MY Tasks. New projects created via the control centre are automatically added to this report so that you can view all your tasks for each project in one place. I then added two additional sheets to this reportβa generic to-do list and our business development list.
The project tasks sheets and the general to-do and business development sheets have the same column properties and names. You can add the sheets easily, and they show; however, the next day, I open this report, and the general to-do and business development sheets are removed.
Is there something I need to do in the control centre to add these sheets to the report and stop them from being removed?
Thank you,
Chloe

Hi @Chloe MB
Your Dynamic Scope Report in Control Center is working how its designed and unfortunately that means removing anything not created with Control Center. For this instance I would suggest disconnecting it from the Dynamic Scope Report or creating a new report and have the source be the entire workspace that the projects are contained (if possible) and then setting one of the filters to just show sheets with a common word in them likeβ¦contains "schedule". I hope this option works for you.
Have a good day.

Hello @Matt Johnson
Thank you so much for coming back to me and helping with this.
I have tried another workaround and created a blank project within the Control Centre just to store these specific sheets/reports to show in our dynamic reporting. However, I will come back to this if it doesn't work.
Thank you again for your help. Have a lovely day.
