we are providing prefilled forms to our users. However, the field is editable and we wish to have it as readonly. Please provide an option of readonly in addition to hidden so that this can be achieved

If you would like to create a field in your form, consider using a Heading/Description form element. You can either enter your "read only" commentary in the Heading/description field of the form element. Or, add the heading/description, and include the instructional guidance in the "description" box of the form element. In the "description" box you have the option to revise the font, color, highlight, bold, etc. Maybe this will work for you. I use the feature for instructions on the form.
This does not meet the requirement. I display prefilled forms by passing values on url based on selection in another app (Power BI report). I expect inputs only in 3 or 4 fields while I want the dynamically selected values to remain intact at the time of submission of the form.
