Do Not Email Notify Triggering User from Workflow Automation (PMO)

How can I stop my automations from copying the triggering user via email? The automation itself works great for letting the inteded person know they've had a task row assigned to them via email - but the triggering user does not want to be copied on said notification. I've searched the community for answers - I've been working with AI to resolve the issue, but can't seem to nail it down. Thanks for your help!

My current configuration is:

Trigger: When rows are changed, When Assigned To changes to Any Value Run workflow: When triggered Condition where Assigned To is not one of Project Manager and where Project Manager is not one of Assigned To

*Pause to Note: Project Manager = Triggering User. Prior to creating the above Conditions loop, the PM was receiving two different notification when assigning tasks to other team members.With the loop, now the PM is only recieving one notification which is mirroring the notification received by the Assigned To contact.

Alert someone: send to contacts in a cell Assigned to, Send from Triggering User.
