Average value of responses from survey

I have a customer satisfaction survey with 10 questions all returning numerical values. I want to know average satisfaction based on the responses but i am getting a unparseable error with every formula.

Are you able to provide some screenshots for context and some examples of formulas you have tried so far?

I agree with Paul! It would be helpful to have screen captures, or at the very least a copy/paste of the formulas you're using so we can help troubleshoot. 🙂
