Bridge: Update Columns--With Colors?

I'm curious if there is any way to associate colors to the values using the Bridge "Update Column" element.

The first column in this image is created manually. The second was created using Bridge.

It's not in the API documentation

..and is clearly not in the element:

Any ideas?

I've had confirmation that changing the colours of individual selections is not currently possible via the API.

@NeilKY I honestly cant remember if I ever had to do this before, but in general better practice is to have your format rules be conditionally controlled at the sheet level and then use the API to change the data that affects the conditional rule rather than using the API to affect color directly. This would keep your logic and your presentation in the part of the application that is specialized for them.

Is that part of the new table view? I haven't found any way to automate or otherwise set that other than in the table view itself (so far).

Hi @NeilKY,

As Paul mentioned, since colouring individual dropdown selections is a new feature only available in Table view (and visible in the other new views) the Bridge module does not have a direct way of influencing the colour of the different selections yet.

That said, I'm looking into if our API now support changing colours as part of the dropdown Value and will report back here once I have an answer for you!
