Automated Workflows not triggering

I have a sheet that collects responses from a form and when a row is added, a workflow should then be triggered to record the entry date. This would then trigger another workflow to copy the rows to another sheet and nothing…

Even though the criteria are met, the workflows are not triggering and IF it does, it takes a long time to start. This wasn't an issue yesterday and then upon logging in today, I can't seem to get through a process without manual intervention.

@Jonathan Motta , this would not be necessary. Just add a date created column to capture the entry time. You can then date only it or parse that text to date / time columns if you need it elsewhere. Adding a workflow here creates a webhook and processing lag / inconsistency you don't want to deal with at scale for something that is baked into the system already.
