Automation Email Notifications Not Going Out and No Response from Support

Anyone else having issues with their Automations triggering today? Smartsheet Status states they are up and running, however, my automations are triggering so slow, then not at all, and then multiple times. Opened a support ticket hours ago and someone just got assigned to it now and still no answers from them.

FYI - it is not our email system because they also aren't in Smartsheet in the notifications.

    Yes, there was an issue in the last 24 hours where some specific automated workflows were delayed by around 15 minutes. Since this did not impact all Smartsheet customers or all workflows, this was not posted to the Status page.

    It sounds like your sheet may have been affected by the delays, however this is now resolved and all of your automations should run within 5 minutes as expected!

    If you're still experiencing delays, please do follow-up on the Support ticket so the Support team can check into your specific account and sheets to identify the cause. It would be helpful for them to have sheet URLs, workflow Ids, and date/times when the triggers should have caused the workflow to run.

    Thank you for your response. That is good to know, but why couldn't the Support team have answered my ticket to quickly state there is a known issue? Instead I wasted the morning thinking it was the automations I created and was testing. Very disappointing.

    Having the same issue on and off. Cannot trust my automations. We need an audit trail of emails sent out from automation urgently!
