Is there a way to only show some selected columns when you export/print?
My company uses SmartSheet as a tracking log for a number of different things. We often have to send a copy of this log to our customers/clients, but the log includes several columns of internal information which we do not want to share. We prefer to share the log as a pdf, but when we export/print to pdf it will print the entire log, including columns we don't want to share.
Our process thus far to share the log has been to export to Excel, then delete the columns we don't want to share, then print to pdf, which we can then share.
This process is a bit tedious, though, and prone to error. I'd like to streamline this by having SmartSheet export directly to PDF, but omit selected columns. Is there a way to do this?

You could create a row report. This will allow you to specify which columns are shown, you can save to pdf, and you can even set up a recurring schedule to have the report automatically sent as a pdf via email to specific recipients.
