Access to content issue

Hi,
We have an user who was the first account and manager. He did create a Gantt chart. We think he also give access to other employees and those employees did create other documents, charts and process/flow.
He suddenly left the company and didn`t left documentation.
We were able to create 2 super admin but we see no content only one chart, the one created by the first user, nothing else.
We have now a SmartSheet account with many Gantts, process/flows but no access at all.
The suppport doesn`t want to help, the support bot is useless and the email support doesn`t respond.
How can we gain access to our works and manage users?

If you are now a System Admin, you can transfer all items owned by a member in your plan to another member.

You can also download a Sheet Access Report. This will show you a list of all the items that are associated with your Smartsheet plan, whether or not your account is shared to the sheet.
From this list you can find the sheet URL and owner, either requesting access to that sheet or transferring it depending on who owns the item. You may also want to ensure your account as the Plan Asset Admin role associated with it.
In regards to your support tickets, I checked in with the team today and saw that you had connected with one of my colleagues over the phone. They have emailed you a list of resources that should help!
