Trying to pull data from one sheet if employee number matches

I have one sheet with employee numbers and a score they have (1-5). On a second sheet, I have a total list of employees per row and then there will be a column for each score, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. I want to be able to say Employee 123456, match that number on the first sheet, then count how many 5 scores there are for that employee number.

    hi @Jason F,

it seems like a typical index/match or index/collect formula needs to be used.

Take a look at this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vMuSLpOZ_g&t=2s

Here is some more context on my issue. Below is Sheet A. Scores are entered for each evaluation 1-5 under "Overall SOBS Grade" and it's tied to a specific person per work identified by the "7-Digit Employee Number".

Below is Sheet B, where we are tallying the data. Each person can have multiple evaluations and we want to tally by score. So if Instructor Smith shows 5 Score 4's and 3 Score 5's on sheet A, we would want that to populate on Sheet B per column.
