Typically, one submission of a form results in one row on the sheet the form belogs to. Is there a way to have one submission resulting in multiple rows (6-8) that assign work to different team members?
Our customers purchase multiple ad products on a single insertion order. Ideally, Sales would complete one form, select all applicable ad products, and answer specific follow-up questions for each. Upon submission, the request tracker would then generate separate tasks—one per ad product—and route them to the appropriate teams.
