Is it possible to build a system where a single form submission can dynamically create many tasks?

Typically, one submission of a form results in one row on the sheet the form belogs to. Is there a way to have one submission resulting in multiple rows (6-8) that assign work to different team members?
Our customers purchase multiple ad products on a single insertion order. Ideally, Sales would complete one form, select all applicable ad products, and answer specific follow-up questions for each. Upon submission, the request tracker would then generate separate tasksβone per ad productβand route them to the appropriate teams.

Hi Brian
I believe you are correct that 1 form entry creates a single row.
How many columns is there on your base sheet and how many products are generally selected?
There could be an option to select further products to be captured in further columns. The automations can then be set around the products selected (who it sends a message to).
Another option, with multiple columns created, could be for a data shuttle (I don't know if your membership allows for data shuttle) to be created that offloads your sheet daily and that then triggers further upload/s to move the data (based on criteria) to another specific sheet, depending on the product selections? That sheet and any automations would then be specific to a team?

Hi,
I hope you're well and safe!
Yes, it's possible! Have a look at my described solution first to see if that would work, because it gets quite advanced quickly. I've helped many clients with similar solutions.I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form with conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information, followed by the other information on a new row for each subsequent submission.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic day!
