Monday through Friday Only Setting for E-mail Notifications

I think there should be a profile setting that restricts e-mail notifications driven by automation to Monday through Friday. I don't want Smartsheet e-mailing my project resources on the weekends, and although I sometimes work on the weekends, it would be much better if my changes to a sheet don't trigger any automation driven e-mails until the following Monday.
