How do I have a multiple boxes in a checklist that has yes or not applicablee as conditions

I need help...a project needs multiple documentation before it can be scheduled. For each row, I need a list of documents, but not all documents are needed by the project dependent on complexity. So I need "yes" if documentation is needed and uploaded and "not applicable" if documentation is not needed for the particular project.

Hello, my friend. Do you need a formula? Or do you need an automation that once "X Column and Y Column" are selected then it will schedule the project?

I think a little more context would be great! :)
