Who can share a best in class Product Launch template?

Hi All,

New to Smartsheets and I am trying to figure out the best way to organize a Launch Management Program in Smartsheets for Product Launches. I have all of my items in chronological order, but could use a visual pointer for the best way to organize the structure of the sheet to best utilize reporting/summaries. I currently have the Workstreams in the same column under "Tasks" that lists each teams tasks, with the tasks just indented below. Wondering if an expert out there can share a template they have used that saw success.
