I figured a way to do this with a helper column but it is a tedious work around. I have to send out regular reports that require me to adjust the filter in a report every time.

I'd also find this feature valuable. The workaround that I've seen to use "bread crumbs" to indicate a row's lineage is much less visually intuitive than simply including the parent row(s), which Sheets can already do in Filters as part of the built-in functionality.

Our sheets & workspaces require many people to have Admin level capabilities, which means that when someone requests access to a sheet or workspace, that email is sent to every Admin. I have project with automations sending emails based on specific criteria in the row. These automations are sent via email with a form to acknowledge receipt of the automated email. It would be fantastic if there was a way to track/ensure the email was sent without the need to send a copy of the automated email to my inbox.
