I want to extract my sheet smartsheet on a sharepoint which I have the access, but I can't.
I don't know why, i have set up my workflow normally without any changes or filters, but the workflow don't want to success.
Please help me!
Hi @Antoine B,
I see that you’re seeing two different error messages - one about your access to the target file and one about column mappings.
Have you tried refreshing your mapping as per the second error seen? I’d recommend trying that and also reviewing your column mappings on the mappings page of the workflow setup, in case column changes have been made on the source sheet and the mappings are connecting columns that no longer exist - you can then update these to map existing columns.
If you’ve confirmed that your mappings are set up correctly and have confirmed that you have the relevant access to the selected target folder in Sharepoint (you need to have Admin access to the target if you’re using attachments), please reach out to our Support team to have them investigate further. If you can provide them with the screenshots you’ve provided here, along with screenshots of your source sheet and your mapping settings in the workflow, that will help them to investigate the cause and a resolution.
Thanks,
Georgie
