Data Shuttle error message, locked resource
I keep getting this Smartsheet Data Shuttle message, "The workflow has been executed with an error. The resource you are attempting to access is locked" I am not in the sheet. Why? I am the owner of these worksheets. What do I need to do to resolve? Sometimes the error resolves itself though.

Is there a way with Data Shuttle Offload to mark which rows have already been offloaded so they are not sent again? Like a distributed flag? This is for a conference attendee check in.
