Auto-Populate Data from Master Sheet Based on Textbook Selection (No Automation)

Hi there! I’m working with a large Smartsheet (30+ columns, 1600+ rows) and need help finding a solution other than automation to auto-populate data. I manage around 300 textbooks, so setting up individual automations isn’t ideal.
Here’s what I’m trying to do:
When a specific textbook is selected in the “Textbook” column, I’d like Smartsheet to automatically pull related data (like ISBN, publisher, etc.) from a master list stored in a separate sheet. Is there a way to do this using formulas or cross-sheet references?

I would use INDEX MATCH or INDEX COLLECT to do this.
Use INDEX MATCH if you are searching one range for a value based on one criteria.
Use INDEX COLLECT if you are searching one range for a value based on two or more criteria.
