How can Smartsheet be utilized to create a searchable resource repository?
Hi everyone,
My team and I are exploring a Smartsheet solution for a searchable resource repository. We currently have a variety of resources available to our managers to help them coach their associates, including job aids, videos, simulations, etc. These resources are housed in different locations. We would like to create a landing page where managers can search for specific topics and resource types, receiving a list of clickable links to relevant resources.
Has anyone implemented something similar or have any suggestions on how to approach this? All thoughts are welcome as we are in the brainstorming stage!

What i have done is link seperate Dashbards togeather like a web page. They can click on a title and go to another dashboard with different topics. Im sure there are other ways to do it but thats what i have done and because people are used to seeing this on the normal internet it dosent feel as clumsy as it really is.
You could use the links setup on the dashboard also.

Hey Andrea! This might be a good use case for the File Library in a workspace! You can add non-Smartsheet items and create tags for each item that could help your managers find what they need.
