HI,

I am facing same inconsistencies.

What I am seeing is if I change a Smartsheet, list sheet with modified Since filter works ok, picking the changed Smartsheet with the correct modifiedAt in the response and matching the modifiedAt return but the get Sheet by ID.

But If I make further changes, in less than 30 minutes of previous one, they are shown in the modifiedAt date of returned by the getSheet by id BUT the original modifiedAt data is shown in the response of list sheets with with modifiedSince filter (again when using the list sheet API), doesn´t matter how much I wait, I tested and it is not updating it even in days.

If I do a change after this 30 minutes period, then first change is correctly picked, same behaviour as above repeats.

Is this what I should expect? I tried to access Support, but waiting to get a zoom meeting.

I’ve checked in with our Support team and can see that you’ve now had a Zoom call with a support agent to gather further information about this issue. I can confirm that the case is still being investigated - please continue to work with the Support team as they look into this and determine the expected behaviour.
