Issues with Excel from using Power Automate

We are trying to use Power Automate to pull in Excel attachments from email and put into One Drive, so we can then utilize Data Shuttle to pull in the data.

For some reason it does not allow us to open the document, but it opens fine in the email.

We have researched and have not found a fix for this issue.

Does anyone have an idea why this would be the case or have any ideas how to pull into OneDrive from email that would work.

Thank you!

I am successfully doing that exact thing…pulling an XLSX attachment from an email sent to me by ServiceDesk+ every morning. All I can suggest is that you make sure your attachment on your email ends .xls or .xlsx and that in Power Automate you leave the *File Name parameter to accept the input name, or delete that (with "x") and enter something that suits your team but make sure it ends in .xls or .xlsx (or appropriate)(like My File.xlsx).

I double checked this yesterday and it was there, but I forgot that we deleted that original flow and started over. It looks like I only put in the Title on the new flow. WOW, thank you for you insight.
