We want to implement an automation in Smartsheet to automatically assign appropriate image dimensions based on social media platform requirements. The primary challenge is handling multiple platform combinations effectively, as the current automation sequence stops at the first match rather than finding the most specific combination listed in the Social Outlet column. You would create a table in a second sheet that looks just like your first screenshot then use something along the lines of

=JOIN(COLLECT({Table Sheet Size Column}, {Table Sheet Outlet Column}, HAS([Social Outlet(s)]@row, @cell), CHAR(10))

Well after a few more tests with formula I removed @cell and it now works.

=JOIN(COLLECT({Table Sheet Size Column}, {Table Sheet Outlet Column}, HAS([Social Outlet(s)]@row~~, @cel~~l), CHAR(10))

@Paul Newcome Hi Paul so I would add a formula to the size column to collect the information form the helper sheet, but then the cell can't be changed if needed it would strictly be updated based on the source sheet I am collecting info from?

Yes. You could then add a "Manual Override" column in the working sheet plus a "Final Size" column. The Final Size column would be

=IF([Manual Override]@row <> "", [Manual Override]@row, [Lookup Value Column]@row)

@Paul Newcome I have tried this formula it bring in the correct sizes based on the social type, but the CHAR(10) isn't adding a comma or space between the sizes.

Actually when I add the CHAR(10) portion of the formula I get incorrect argument, if I remove the CHAR(10) it provides multiple sizes that match the social type but then not separated. It is a multi select dropdown column should I make it a text column instead?

Well after a few more tests with formula I removed @cell and it now works.

@PDunn I missed a closing parenthesis that closes out the COLLECT after the HAS before moving on to the CHAR(10).

=JOIN(COLLECT(........................, HAS([Social Outlet(s)]@row, @cell)), CHAR(10))

@Paul Newcome perfect I have adjusted to this new version with additional comma and it works. I still struggle with determining the implications of something simple like that. So appreciate your assistance.
