@Genevieve P. Is there any way to have a form update/populate two different sheets? I have a similar problem that @Please help has but I have a form that populates one sheet. If I could also have it populate another sheet with the column names listed vertically, that would be ideal. Thanks !

@Andrée Starå, thank you for that. I was hoping I wouldn't have to build it out that way. I have over 50 columns and it will be some work. Thank you for responding and have a GREAT day !

Yes, it will be some work, but with a helper section at the top combined with reference locks, you could use a VLOOKUP structure to simplify it.
