Copy rows to create historical data

Hi -

I have a metrics sheet that calculates different metrics from other sheets. At the end of each day I'd like it to copy those metrics over to a historical tracker so I can create a chart of how each metric moved over time.

This is my metrics sheet

I'd like it to copy over to an identical historical data sheet but into the next available column, not the next available row.

Is it possible to have it copy over to the next available column, not create new rows?

@Christina Reid I cant think of a good way to do this that doesn't require using the API or constantly changing a mapping in something like mesh or shuttle. Is there a reason you want it horizontal vs vertical? Vertical aggregation and graphing is pretty easy is you just wanted to copy everything to a a "historics sheet".
