It would be nice to set a form to send on a schedule at the form level instead of an automation on a sheet- then we could trigger the form to resend if it wasn't submitted within a certain time frame (say 3 days).

It would be nice in the automations to send out a form at a specific time, weekly, monthly etc. to emails so staff can be reminded to send over form responses on a project. Not an update, but fill out a form from scratch.
@andreadarcy Why can't you just post the form link in there? Unless there is something I'm missing.
I did, but it's not a clickable link - defeats the point of what I'm trying to do to make this easier for my staff.

If you create a helper column, set the name you want in the cell, and the right click and use hyperlink to assign it the URL for your form. Then you can use your workflow to send this cell to the end user as a part of the message and the hyperlink will be active.
Ok so I did this. It's a great work around, it would be nice though if there was a way to do this in the sheet directly. But I really appreciate this work around so I can utilize it for our team.
I would like to be able to send a form directly from a workflow. The only option currently to do this requires me to add the link to a message, which looks very messy and unprofessional.
I like this idea. Being able to send a form out when needed and not an update request would be best.
As one of the system admins, it is absurd to me that I cannot view or have access to all of the items created in my organization. We have over 11,000 reports, sheets, and dashboards and I can't see them. I have no visibility to if people are using our plan for their own personal use, or what kind of work is going on unless…
I noticed this the other day and tested Ctrl + M – it does not work. I submit ticket to Smartsheet support – they told me that’s expected behavior because it’s not currently available even though it still shows as keyboard shortcut in the menu🙄 and told me to submit new product idea. Please add this keyboard shortcut to…
Summary of Issue All team members work a standard 7.5‑hour day, but only a portion of that day is allocated for project work (e.g., 25%, 50%, etc.). In Resource Management, however, the system currently interprets allocations as a percentage of the full 7.5 hours, instead of the project‑eligible portion of a person’s day.…
