Copying or moving rows

Add the ability to put the moved or copied rows on the top of the sheet this is being sent to. It is better to see what has been added on the top of the sheet instead of the bottom and it helps you see how many new items you need to review.

Hi @Jennifer Hill,
I found a similar idea post here: Row automation - add to top of sheet. Please add your vote to this idea, and Iβd also recommend adding your comment on the thread. Youβll then receive updates when the status of the idea changes, and our Product team will gain further insight on why this feature would be so useful!
Thanks,
Georgie

Hi @Jennifer Hill,
Itβs not possible to copy or move rows using conditional formatting only - it may be that conditional formatting rules in the sheet are triggering automated workflows to move or copy rows to another sheet (for example, when a status column changes to a certain status, the automation moves the rows to another sheet). Take a look at the help articles below for more information on automations to move and copy rows:
I can see that youβve already added a comment on the product idea I linked in my last response - hopefully youβve added your vote on that idea too (by clicking the up arrow on the yellow banner on the first page of the thread).
You can sort rows so that items that are completed or where a checkbox is checked are displayed at the bottom of the sheet. To sort by a specific column, right-click on the column header and select Sort Rows. You can then select βSort Ascendingβ for a checkbox column so that checked rows are shown at the bottom - see my example below:
More information on sorting can be found here: Sort rows to organize your dataHope that helps!

Thank you everyone
How do you add the row to the top of the sheet when you are using a conditional format to send the row to another sheet? I want to see the newest item at the top of the sheet.
Can you also advise if you have a way to sort or add a conditional format to items that the column is completed and has a check mark to move them to the bottom? -
