Unable to link Project ID to Project Metadata to pull Project Intake Sheet info

I've reviewed other similar questions/discussions and I'm still stuck. I am receiving an #NO MATCH error when I enter the Project ID, formula in the Project Name Field is =INDEX({Portfolio Summary Data}, MATCH($[Project ID]@row, {Project ID}, 0), MATCH([Project Name]$1, {Portfolio Summary Header Row}, 0)).
There was one discussion which included verification that both {Portfolio Summary Data} were pointing at the right location, by double clicking on it and clicking Edit Reference. When I do this I am getting the following message. Assuming this is a potential cause of my issue. Can you advise what would be causing this?
When I click OK, I get a screen that asks me to select a reference. I'm not entirely sure which to select. When I select Project Intake Sheet and select Update Reference nothing changes.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello @BethCory! First, let's check to see if it's an access issue. Are you listed as an Admin on both the Project Metadata sheet and the Portfolio Summary Data sheet?

Hi Monique, can you clarify if the Portfolio Summary sheet is the Project Intake Sheet, I don't see anything called the Portfolio Summary sheet? If so, then yes, I am the Owner and Admin for both.
