Embedded Dynamic Views not populating on Smartsheet Dashboards

I have a bunch of dynamic views embedded into a dashboard. They were all working fine until this afternoon. Now a bunch of users are getting blank white screens where the dynamic view is. I still see everything fine on my end. Any idea what could be happening or how to fix it?

We are having issues with Dynamic View out of the blue, they are all showing blank pages. Can non-licensed users use Dynamic View as long as they are given access to?

Some, but not all, of our users are having this problem as well. I have not been able to figure out a shared trait among the afflicted users but not the spared users.

We are experiencing a similar thing with select users. They are viewing Dynamic Views through a WorkApp. No sharing of the WorkApps or Dynamic Views have changed. Started around 2:00pm CST for us.

Same hereβ¦I sent direct links to the dynamic view and they can't access that either.

Same here, very random impacts. All the users are in Shared groups contacts, and as individuals. About half of our users just get a blank page when attempting to open DV while others have no issues.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We've determined that the current Dynamic View access issue is caused by a bug and our Product team is working on a resolution. We are not able to provide a time-frame on how long the resolution could take but we are doing our best in order to have this fixed as soon as possible.

Not resolved on my end, having the same issue, I'm sharing the Dynamic view and people are not able to see the content.
