Is the only way to make full use of utilization reports is to create project plans in Resource Management? As we currently are using Resource Management to enter our customers projects, and to keep track of our teams time worked on each project, but then we don't currently use for understanding how much work each project will take each team member. As we don't currently use the system to assign tasks and time for each project. We just assign a budget to the project and our team records time they are spending on each project. I just started to use Smartsheet to create project plans for each project as this software had more templates and more flexibility/capabilities for project plans. With this said the Smartsheet project plans currently being used more so for high level tracking of milestones and sub tasks, and assigning team member high level vs. tracking or assigning hours to each task and project.

    HI @bmueller

    You're correct.

You need to create sheets those are configured as project plans with Assigned to, Start Date, End Date, Duration, % Complete,โ€ฆ columns. Then integrate them with Resource Management. From here you can create Ultilization reports in RM for each project member.
