keep getting cell limit with data shuttle and no where near limit

Hi,

i have 91kish cells, which is not the limit but keep getting an error that it's maxed out with data shuttle.

The error: "Your sheet exceeds the cell limit. start using table view to increase sheet capacity or manually move rows to another sheet."

This makes no sense, there is no setting other than on the sheet itself to change to table view but it doesn't make a different when I run data shuttle, and I have the sheet in table view.

There are 15303 rows, when i delete around 2 thousand rows testing it'll work. However; like i said its well below the cell limit of 400k cells when there are 15303 with 5 columns = 76,515 cells.

No cells reach or go over cell

Yes i've deleted all empty cells/rows.

It might be that what you’re attempting to do would take the sheet over the cell limit. However, I would recommend reaching out to Support and providing the following information so that they can investigate this by reviewing the affected sheet on the backend and communicate with you via private channels:

• Screenshots or a screen recording showing the exact steps you’re taking when you’re presented with the error massage 
• The ID of the affected sheet (open the sheet in Grid View and click File > Properties)
