Hi all, I've noticed that when using the MS Teams desktop app I'm asked to log into smartsheet each time I want to view the tab, I click on log in and nothing happens. This only occurs with the desktop app, the browser MS Teams app works fine. Anyone else had this issue (screen grab uploaded)

    I'm experiencing this exact same issue.  Since this discussion happened last September, was there a resolution?  If so, what was it?

  • As of Jan-2019 I am experiencing this issue - I only interfaced SmartSheet to MS Teams desktop app last week and it was working fine. Not sure if something happened over the weekend but it's returning the same issue as original poster and screenshot reported. Any fix yet?

    Make sure the sheet you have added as a tab in MS Teams is published with full access (anybody with a link).

    Hello, 

     

    I have the same issue - logging into the sheet multiple times via the desktop app. On the desktop app i can only access the sheet once or twice before i need to delete and re-add the sheet in order to see and use it. 

    Does anyone have a solution for this? I recently submitted a ticket to SmartSheet support. 

    The users shared to the sheet are all editors, admins, or owners.
