Unable to Save Users

I have a smartsheet that I created back in 2022. It is tied to a form and dynamic view. We use the smartsheet to keep track of client calls. The form is what we use to input the client information. The form is restricted in dynamic view, only certain individuals can see what pertains to them. I recently tried to duplicate the smartsheet. I copied everything line for line, but when I go to put in shared users on the dyanmic view, I am receiving a message about users being removed. Some of the same users that I am trying to add are the same ones on the original smartsheet created in 2022. Can someone tell me why I may be having this issue?

  • @JessicaDav I think your Plan Has Domain Restrictions
, Your organization or workspace may have domain- or user-level restrictions on who can be shared to sheets or views.

Contact your Smartsheet System Admin to check:

Restricts sharing of sheets, dashboards, and views to approved domains or user groups only.

  • Thank you so much for your help. I was able to proceed with adding in the email address on the dynamic view. However, when I sent a test, I received this email. The restrictions that I have on this sheet are the same I had for the original sheet. Some of the individuals added to this sheet are also on the original sheet and are able to receive the alerts just fine.
