Lost Dynamic View

I have lost the Dynamic View that is associated with one of my sheets. I recently transferred ownership of the workspace to another person. Would that cause the link not to work?

hi @Bryan Hardy,

yes giving ownership to another person if the view as not shared with you could be the reason it disappeared for you. Can you ask the person to whom you gave the ownership to share it with you?

@kowalI'm thinking there may be an issue with Dynamic View and or Smartsheet in general. My supervisor, whom I transferred ownership of the workspace to, is having issues accepting ownership requests. He currently has three pending, but he cannot accept them; he received an error. Also, today, I lost the ability to access a Dynamic View that I had access to yesterday. Forms that we regularly use are now loading slowly and giving error messages and taking a long time to respond. I used to be an Admin on the sheets that the Dynamic Views are not working for; I've been reduced to editor for the sheets in the Workspace. I apologize for jumping all over the place. I hope someone can answer.

This sounds like it may be unexpected behaviour, especially as you have lost access to a view you were able to access the previous day. I’d recommend opening a support ticket if you haven’t already, as the team will be able to investigate this issue further and communicate with you via private channels.

I also think you shall open the ticket with Customer Support as it seems to be an error in the system.
