Salesforce License & MFA Handling for Smartsheet Connector (Bidirectional Sync)

Hi Community,

We’re in the process of setting up the Smartsheet Salesforce Connector to support bidirectional data synchronization between Salesforce and Smartsheet.

I’m looking for guidance on the following:

1. Salesforce License: What type of Salesforce user license is required or recommended for establishing the connector and supporting bidirectional sync (e.g., Salesforce, Platform, or API-enabled licenses)?
2. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): How is MFA handled when configuring the Salesforce connection with the Smartsheet Connector? Also, what authentication methods are supported?

Would appreciate any insights or best practices from those who have already implemented this or have experience with the connector configuration.
