Resource Management not visible

We are currently experiencing an issue with some of our PMs struggling to access Resource Management, even though they are licensed members.

Does anyone have any experience with a similar issue and how to fix it?

It shows as attached.

did you contact smartsheet support already?

have you tried disconnecting and connecting RM again in the sheet?

Yes, we tried contacting support, but they were not very helpful so far.

We also tried disconnecting and then connecting as you suggested, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. The users have all the permissions and access to everything, but it just doesn't work for them.

I do not think there is any other way to fix it except for escalation with Smartsheet Support.

Have you already contacted your Smartsheet Account Manager or Smartsheet Customer Success Manager?
