Hi @AClark200, I recommend using 3 automation workflows.

First, this automation workflow will check the "At Risk" column if status changes to in progress and PMO health is yellow or red. This also checks "RAID" to make sure that it is not "Closed".

Then this one will uncheck "At Risk" when RAID changes to "Closed".

Then this one will set "PMO Health" to "Green" when RAID changes to "Closed".

    I hope this helps!

When I get to Change cell value - Change cell value in: Select a column. The At Risk column does not appear as a choice in the dropdown.

    Hi,

I hope you're well and safe!

The change cell action doesn't work with the Symbol column type, so you need to create a workaround.

If you add a so-called helper column and have the change cell action changing that to, for example, Red, and then use a formula in the Symbol column to reference the helper, it will show the Red circle.

    Make sense?

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic day!

Happy Tuesday All, I greatly appreciate all the help. I'm about 80% there. Unfortunately, the helper column work-around would work but if I go down that path the At Risk flag functionally is lost. For now I guess I saty with manual check/uncheck options.

Again you guys are great thank you for the support!
