We have a Microsoft based smartboard that we view a Smartsheet dashboard from. The user that logs into Smartsheet from the smartboard has been granted view only access to the dashboard and all data source reports in the widgets. The dashboard has also been published. The user is able to open the dashboard, and the dashboard updates like it should. But, when the user clicks on the widget to open the data source nothing happens, or the data source opens, but there is no information in the columns. The widget behavior has been set to open a Smartsheet item and the user is shared to those items. We have tried logging into Smartsheet through the Web, the Smartsheet app, and the publish link sent to their email. All of them open the dashboard, but the widgets won't open the data sources.
Anyone else have this issue with a smart board?
