Created Date Column Background behaviour

Hi Smart Sheeters!
I have a created date column in my sheet which updates whenever I open up the sheet. I have a column that uses it (See formula). And it also updates whenever I open it up. This doesn't feel like normal behaviour.
Can I change my formula to take the time from a created date column as a string/text value instead of it changes. Or even better, how to prevent created date column to change back to it's correct value when I open up the sheet and just keep the correct value.
Correct value in this case is always where it changes into 8:01AM.
Any more info needed let me know.

Try getting rid of the TIME function and just keeping the RIGHT function.

I made a fix using right and move row with helper sheet. Since I had multiple formules. Thanks, I need to exclude TIME() in a lot more sheets and formula's I suppose. (I use if very often)
