Send Alert with Attachment but Without Link to Sheet

After a New Hire approves a contract (which include the contract as an attachment), I want to send a follow-up alert confirming they approved the contract and include the attachment again. I've received emails from New Hires saying they didn't download the contract before they clicked Approve in the approval request.

However, I see the only thing I can do is include a link to the sheet and select specific fields (including attachments). The New Hire is not in our organization and thus would not have a Smartsheet account let alone access to the sheet. It would be confusing for the New Hire to see a link to the sheet.

Is there a way to just include the attachment (like in an approval request) without including a link to the sheet as well?

@aschneiderheinze1025 The only hokey workaround way to do this with Smartsheet notifications is using an update request and telling people not to update anything as this will allow you to deliver the attachment.

The more professional way is to send the attachment with a notification using your Outlook or Gmail, etc inbox.

That requires a little integration work, but is easy enough with the right tools. I actually went through a couple options of how to do this recently with my Guru Elite group.
