Data Shuttle does not show Add Transformation rules in workflow creation

Hi everybody,

I am trying to create a new workflow using Data Shuttle to import data from an Excel SS. Several of my columns in Excel are integers, while in SS I have them as Yes, No or Hold, and some could be True/False. ChatGPT tells me to add a transformation rules: score greater than or equal to 1, set value to Yes, and score less than 1, set value to No.

I cannot see add a transformation rules as an option in the column mapping section of edit workflow. How can I accomplish the same thing or do I have to use a helper column for each transformation column?

Hi @rootdr, I think that ChatGPT is hallucinating on this one.

I recommend just using a helper column with formulas to transform the data into the way that you want it. And then you can hide the helper columns.

Do you need help with any of the formulas?

Thank you for replying Nathan. Sometimes it's hard to tell if ChatGPT is hallucinating or referencing a feature in a previous version. Glad you cleared up my confusion. I can make the helper columns and transform using a formula. Thank you again.
