Needing daily data from Genesys to Smartsheet

Howdy!

I need daily call volume from Genesys Pure Cloud to be added to Smartsheet daily to help track our call volume vs reported issues on a Smartsheet form I have. Is there a feature I can use to pull that automatically, so I don't have to continue to do it manually?

@Andrew_SmiRod273 Genesys seems to have a robust API so you could setup a custom API to send the data. Or if you are able to setup a scheduled export you could bring it into SS with data shuttle.
