There is currently an inconsistency between "Created by" field values displaed in Approval email message and Approval Form message.
We have a "Created by"-typed field called "Submitter" and we include this Submitter field in an automation Approval flow message.
In the approval email notification message (under the "Details" in the email body,) the "Submitter" value is the email address of the user (ie, the email address of the user that created the record.)
However, in the Approval Form (when you click on "Open Request"), the "Submitter" value is the user's name (ie, the name of the user that created the record.)
Please make these consistent, and ideally include both the email and name in the messages. Or provide a mechanism where we can specify which should be used (email address or name.)
