[Control Center] How to rename Intake Sheet? Admin workspace?

Hey there, we're trying to rename our Intake Sheet & wondering what the best way to do this is / anything to watch out for. We would also like to rename our Admin Workspace. Looking for advice before we go messing with anything. Let me know if you need any additional details & thank you in advance!!

EDIT: So I went ahead & renamed the Intake Sheet & when I went back to Control Center it was still connected & had all my settings as-is—honestly I'm really impressed with how well it went!! I'm saving the blueprint without changes out of paranoia alone, it didn't seem like there was anything to update at all! Next I'll try the workspace.

On one of the engage sessions I learned the most important is Sheet ID so you can rename or move to other workspaces or folderst the Intake Sheet/Portfolio Summary Sheet as much as you want.
